Generally, if they are not erect at that age then they won't be standing. It wouldn't hurt to try if you'd like to tape them and shave the ears to see what happens. Some people find that just shaving the excess hair off will allow them to stand.

How about a puppy seat which has a hook that clips onto the harness so she can look out instead of being in the cage? Otherwise, your vet can give you something to relieve motion sickness.
