Our vet has an AWESOME daycare/boarding program.
Keeley LOVES to go to daycare, and we take him a few times a week because he loves it SO MUCH ! (If you mention the word "daycare" to Keeley he starts running around the house and waiting at the door). Then when we go on vacation we leave him there. We know the staff really well and they know us and Keeley well. So we feel extremely comfortable leaving him there.
They love him so much that they will take pics of him when he is there playing with the other pups and give them to us when we pick him up.
It took us going to EVERY boarding vet/center in the town until we found one that we LOVED. And so we picked them to be our vet, our babysitter, and our daycare.
I suggest to go check out different kennels/boarding and if there is one you feel comfortable with you can go there. If you are as lucky as we are, you can find someone who will make your yorkie glad to be left behind. |
