Chloe does great with them, she doesnt mess with them at all but my boxer Penny hated the ones I bought for her. So it all just depends on the dog. I definetly would not leave a dog unattended with them on, that would scare me. But these glasses are great for going on walks or just playing in the yard or at home and they also protect dog's eyes from UV rays
