I would say it would be too soon. The puppy will not have all of her/his shots yet and should not be socalized (sp?) with other dogs. The puppy might pick up something from the other dogs.
Is she getting the puppy from a breeder? I'm sure if she talks to the breeder maybe she could put off getting the puppy (but who would want to do that?
) for another week when your cousin would be able to devote all of her time to the new puppy!
