Yes some breeders wont sell to people with small children. My experience is that the larger yorkes do better with Children. I have a 6 lb yorkie and a 10 lb yorkie. The 6 l yorkie reallyy doesnt have anything to do with Daughter who is 6. The 10 lb yorkie goes outside with her plays with her,can take being played with rough,lays down beside her and goes to sleep with her,and whines to go with me when I go to pick her up at school. If I wanted a pet for me I would get a smaller yorkie but if i wanted a family pet thats good with kids I would get a larger one |
