I took Bentley for a trim today and they chop all of his hair off, he looks like a rat, I been crying since I see him....the only thing they said was I'm sorry it was a mistake....I wish I can do something....I know is only hair and it will grow back, but that's not the point, the point is how come you ask and pay for something and they do whatever they want....I feel mad, sad, angry
