Those are great questions!!!! I have a daughter nearby and a son nearby that could watch my babies for howevery long it was needed. Also have neighbors that we exchange pup sitting with that would step in and do whatevery we ask. When we travel, we always wear collars on them with license tag, microchip tag and an ID take with all the information on it. But I really don't know what would happen if hubby and I were in the car and unconscious......if they would take the dogs or call the pound and let them keep them until someone could get them. I carry information on myself in my wallet for medical emergencies and for the dogs if I am unconscious but don't know how far the emergency crew could do with it! Maybe someone else has the answer to that because I would also like to know!!!
