I can't advise you on the trimming around the eyes and nose, I have a hard time with that myself. Usually I let the groomer do it but I have trimmed the hair growing towards his eyes with small blunt end scissors. I find it easier to do while he's having a bath because he is more submissive and doesn't struggle as much. As far as the puppy cut goes, any age Yorkie can wear a puppy cut and look adorable. In fact, the puppy cut makes them look like a puppy again
