Mine would take your hand off for a PIGS EAR, but I have to watch, because I don't know if any of you had this happen, but I find mine will choke if I let them have one without total supervision.
Try taking it off them when it's tiny too - but I have to, or it would get stuck in their throat....especially my wee Tara(left).
They can sniff them in the boot/trunk (for U.S.) of the car too on the way home from the pet-shop....you can't fool 'em !
They know one is about !!!
