I would have no idea what I could sue her for other than vet bills. But I just couldn't return her to that environment. I was so ripped off. My choices? Return the pup and demand my cash back or keep her and write it off. She is such a sweet heart. We were out front today playing with the kittens (we have two rescue kittens that are 14 weeks old, brothers). Bijou was chasing them all around our pond out front (man made pond). Next thing you know, the cat did a jig and went one way and Bijou fell in the pond. I heard the splash. I thought for sure she would go running in the house all upset. Nope, it only made her more hyper. Next thing you know she is zooming all over the place, darting, dashing, just comical to watch. Give her back to a puppymill? Nope, I will write off the $2,500 I have spent and know in my heart she will be loved to pieces until she dies.
