Is there another dog in the house that Mickie is in "competition" with? I have a somewhat similar problem. My 11 year old girl Spanky has been totally toilet trained for years. I brought my little Mango home 6 weeks ago. Spanky will constantly pee on the mat next to Mango's bed/crate inside the puppy's pen. This is a dog that NEVER has accidents inside the house.
