It is very easy, you can look up the number online or in your phonebook under humane society or ASPCA. and tell your local humane society about it, if it is out of their juridiction then they will call the humane society in that jurisdication. Please, you have to, it will end up haunting you, trust me, I know. and you dont even have to give your name although you should because she could definetly be prosicuted especially if a dog died.
