Michaels (craft store) and Hobby Lobby have lots of different sweaters for all seasons, colors, etc. for teddy bears. They fit puppies and are only about $3 each. Michaels has the best selection.
Or you can go buy teddy bears with sweaters from walmart or resale stores and take the sweaters off of them.
