Hello,

In my time, I've rescued/caught several stray dogs. Lately, I cannot catch one for the life of me and it breaks my heart.

I was in a grocery parking lot this a.m. and saw a little chihuahua mix running about. I got out of my car, got really low and tried to sweet talk him in to me. No luck, he scuttled off with his little tail btwn his legs and I couldn't find him. I had tears in my eyes the whole way to work after I couldn't save him. He was so scared. I feel like someone just dumped the little fella in the parking lot, hoping someone would take him.

Anyway, any expert rescuers out there? Advice?
