well, there is always a great debate on if it is a genetic flaw or not. i don't know if it is or not but I like erect ears anyway. here is how i do it. i shave the ear front and back almost all the way down. At least half. Then i cut little squares of masking tape to fit the ear. i put one peice on the front and another one on the back of each ear and trim the edges to fit. then I fold a peice about as long as my finger and put it across the top of their head and put another peice around each ear to hold that peice on. that pulls the ears up straight. When you tape them, they should not be out to the side but straight up. makes them look like little nurses. i have folded the ear longways as someone else suggested but don't really care for that way.
