That's pretty much the schedule Ceiba follows and it seems to be working out very well for us (Ceiba, too!).
Our schedule is slighty different (Ceiba and hubby are up at 5:30am) and we also give dinner anywhere from 5:30pm - 6pm. She plays from 6:30pm til about 8:30pm or 9pm then it's BEDTIME! But for the most part, that is the routine we follow (including the mid day potty break and play time).
We know when she has to potty (so does she - she basically goes on command!) and we know that she won't have accidents indoors.
We've had her almost 6wks (she's 14wks now) and she hasn't had an accident in at least 2-3 weeks. It's great!
