She still has time for them to stand on their own but they really need to be taped at this age. Right now, they are cutting teeth and using all their calcuim for that. You need to help her ears out and no it isn't a bad thing for them to have floppy ears unless you plan at some point to breed her. do not breed a floppy ear dog. And it is also a matter of preference. What you, as the owner, like best.
