Yes, Excel is wonderful. But, as a breeder it doesn't provide you with other options that Breeder Software Packages do....such as, coefficients, crystal ball breeding.....Pedigree producers......showing information & expenses on each dog, judges ratings, mating schedules, to name just a small few. It gives you a record of your whole kennel operation.
