I think it really just depends on how trustworthy she is. When I'm gone I still leave him in his x-pen simlpy bc I don't trust him . lol My other 5 dogs roam the house w/ no problems most of the time. So I guess I would test her to see how she does. You probably already know the run through w/ making sure there's nothing around that she could gobble up or anything dangerous/poisonous for her to ingest. If you do keep her in the kitchen make sure those low cabinets are all baby locked! Bc these little fuzzies are way too smooth at opening and emptying them! hehe
