have you tried giving her canned puppy food & tried soaking some "babydog" royal canin and mixing them together. That is what i had to w/ my runt in my last litter and i also give nutracal as well. My vet also gave him a vitamin b shot to help make him get to start eating. Instead of water i continue giving him nursing milk to gain more weight.
