We had no clue with our first gal, Jazzie. I kept on waiting and waiting for her coat to change but only her head did... I was at first disappointed but I'm so glad she didn't! With Jewel - our #2 gal, same - except with out the disappointment
With Jolie & Jen, we really searched for the darker coat. We were so adamant about seeing the parents more than the puppies. - I hope they stay dark!
