Miko has liver problems and the only one that my vet has said is safe for him is revolution...It's a heartworm prevention and flea prevention in one...It's not a pill. It's liquid that you put in between his shoulder blades. I have also read on a liver shunt group that this is very safe for dogs with liver issues.
