Isn't it amazing how much muck can be held on those itty bitty little legs?
I made the kids some leggings out of water repellent material and they get all that long leg hair tucked into them and off we go for our wet walk. It doesn't solve the problem completely, but it certain makes cleanup a bit easier since two out of my three kids are in full coat. Of course they wear a coat or shirt or what ever to keep the rest of the hair from dragging.
And yes, sometimes they look a bit silly and the neighbors lol at them.
