Check this little item out for us that groom at home. I'm going to order it. It will make things so much easier.

There is a tool made for clamping and then you give a yank to get the hair out of the ear canal, but I haven't bought that one yet. The Vet. takes a wet Q-tip and wounds the hair around that and pulls it out. This doesn't need to be done unless your dog has a lot of hair in the ear.
