Buyers (or browsers or window shoppers
) can comment or ask questions at any time.
The rule is ONLY for sellers, if they are not replying to a direct question, it would be considered a bump. This rule is so everyone can fairly sell their Yorkie items, without constant bumping of the threads, which has occurred lately in this forum.
