noid : If you don't want to breed yet, then you could either neuter a female puppy if you get one, or neuter the male you already have and just use a stud when you decide to breed your new female. Two males would probably fight if near a female in season, though I find that my entire male is just fine living with a neutered female and a whole female.(...though she will be neutered soon as well.) He is often just like a girl himself too !
I think I am just lucky, as he never tries to wander, has no behavioural issues, and is only interested in a female in season - though he won't go near her if you tell him not too ! He only did his first recent mating in private when he thought I wasn't looking ! (I watched all the time.) .....and he hasn't started to mark, and never has, thankheavens !
