One reviewer said pet/human hair would get caught in the rotating brush and they'd need to shut the unit down to cut away at it to remove the "clog". Anyone have problems with this?

if you have long hair (and my daughter and I both do) ... it will get caught in the rotating brush, but we had that same problem with every vacuum (including the 400-500$ Oreck) ... but once you cut away at it, you are back to the greatest vacuum ever. On one of the sell this home shows, the girl said to vacuum the rugs with a really good vacuum and she was using the yellow DYSON ... did Dyson pay for that product placement? Who knows? But I would imagine they couldn't say it if they did not think it were true! She even mentioned pet hair.
