If the dog dosage is 1/2 mg per pound, if she is a four pound yorkie, this would only be 0.8 ml. That's not even a full 1 ml. I had to give Pippa Benadryl once and her dose was 0.5 ml. Please be careful. Benadryl overdoses can be dangerous. |
Kaya is 5.6# right now, so I think the dosage is ok. She has been just lying around since she starting feeling sick and that was a few days before we started the benadryl. I know it can make them sleepy, even taking the correct amount. Thanks for the thumbs up!
