as for the years.. it looks like the hair on them hasn't been shaved in a bit.. so maybe after the tips are trimmed they will go up.. i know layla's go down when i'm lacking on grooming.. then when they are trimmed they go right back up!! go give that love a great home!!! and keep us posted!
