I am not a breeder but I would not expect anything less of a good one! You did the right thing, for sure. Who in their right mind would fly to get a pup without MAKING DOUBLE SURE it was OK??? I flew to get my baby and called Delta 4 or 5 times to make SURE it was still all approved. I would have had to stay there if they wouldnt have let me have her... hehe
