You want to have plenty of chew toys around. When Missy goes for your hand, substitute an appropriate item to chew on. When she bites hard enough to hurt, yelp or say "no", immediately break eye contact, stand if you are sitting, and turn your back on her and ignore her for about 15 - 30 seconds. After that, all is forgiven.
