I noticed a red ring about the size of a dime above Bella's shoulder last night. The center is normal and there is no hair loss at the site. It's not scabby or bothering her. I do notice a small red dot in the center with maybe a small bump to it, but that is it. I'm pretty sure it is not a tick, there's nothing in there to come out. It's a perfect red ring in diameter with a pin hole dot in the center. Any guesses???
