this really surprises me for the simple fact, i've ordered several things from them and never had a problem. I doesnt shock me as far as it happening so someone sometimes. I'm sorry this happened to you and now it has me worried to shop there again as it could happen to me next time. I despise people who are rude to customers unless the customer give them a good reason for it. Most rules says customer is always right. Of course we all know we're not but it should be taken care of by the company in a curteous manner. thanks for sharing so we all know what can happen to any of us. |
