Well, I think you've done what you can for now. She's got the steriods on board and is getting the benadryl to help. Its probably a waiting game for a little while now to see what her body does.
Every dog is different and I'm no expert, I can just speak from my experience with my dog. With his skin allergies, some days he'd be just find and then the next day he'd be all red and itchy. I used alot of cortisol spray for those spots that drove him nuts. It was a couple of years, but then they went away as mysteriously as they came. But I was careful not to ever let him out on freshly mowed grass. not that you have any of that LOL.
