Hi, i have taken Sparkles into Walmart. I have been told once this was not allowed. But I have taken her in there since then as well. She is always in a carrier, which I bought at walmart. I don't think it is a big deal when they are in a carrier. Sparkles is always very quiet and she loves people. My philosophy is if they are going to sell carriers for dogs then they need to let you bring the dog in in the carrier.
