...and what are you having with it?

I do. I'm having:

Corned Beef
red potatoes
carrots
cabbage
Irish soda bread (or I might just form the dough into scones)
Bread Pudding with whiskey sauce

If anyone wants, I can post the recipes for the soda bread and the bread pudding. The bread pudding is a lowfat recipe that is better than any I've ever had! I'm still sticking to WW, so I've got to be good still. The soda bread is the part that is hard to be good with. I could eat the whole loaf!
