Try putting a plastic water bottle in a sock with a knot, an old towel in strips and in knots, or a cloth jumprope with the handles cut off and put knots in it. Every toy that I have bought my boys, whether it be cloth or rubber, they tear up within 10 minutes. You could try the kong toys, and put peanut butter in it, but it might not work, it didn't work for my dogs.
