Awww she is adorable. She looks like she has a very sweet temperment and would make a great companion. I hope this story ends the way you want it to. I don't think your parents would be able to get rid of her once she has won their hearts. You are a great person for doing what you did to save this baby. I hate to know how many people don't take their animals to a vet after a tramatic injury like this one. Poor baby to sit in pain for so long. Just give her a happy life and she will love you unconditionally.
If you aren't able to keep her, I'm sure you will have no trouble finding her a home. She is surely a keeper though....
