A silky terrier is a different breed from yorkshire terrier. I don't think it is a term for teacup. IMO, Silky yorkie would mean that the puppy is a mixed breed from a silky and a yorkshire.
You can find out from the net the differences between silky and yorkshire. silky and yorkshire puppies are quite similar and there are cases where sellers sell silky puppies and pass them off as yorkshires.
So, do practice caution and do more research on these breeds before committing to one.
