Well, it took almost a year and a half but he's finally playing like a 'normal' dog! He's actually holding toys in his mouth and shaking them from side to side like Jo does. I know that doesn't sound like a big deal to some but for Riley it's a huge accomplishment...it shows he's overcoming some of his fears, as strange as they may be! He still hides when Jo plays with the buggy whip but if I hold him he will at least stay in the same room. Maybe someday he'll even join in...we can always hope...bur for now it's nice to watch them play together.
