our house isn't finished no telling when it will be. our walls aren't painted. knobs and pulls on cabinets aren't all installed,no doors up no blinds or curtain some outlets & lights not up but we have it liveable. 4 bathrooms to be tiled and completed,vents need to be put in the celings no oven or dishwasher..but we have a huge house. the hubby built it from the ground up only thing he hired out to have done is cabinets for main bath and granite counters carpeting drywall roof shingles otherwise he built it all. it has taken MANY years and i guess will take many more to make it look lived in or decorated & finished. our yard/land is a giant mud pitt right now it just rained we have very little patches of grass and the beginning of a pond some day maybe it's all frustrating but at least we have a decent place to live even if it isn't done. i'll take some pics when i get new batterys for the digi cam. maybe i can find some old ones on my computer.
