My dream is to have a set up something like yours with fencing we have 28 acres and no fencing my hubby fenced in a 1/2 acre for my our mastiffs to run and play but I need to have a safe place for my yorkies. IM trying to get an idea on building a play area with a building outside with a cover to protect them from chicken hawks, etc.
We are hoping to be able to build a nice building one day but money is tight.
What was your cost on plumbing and styptic?
Its fun to dream isnt it!? SOmething to look forward to, and if you want it bad enough and work hard it will happen.......but doesnt mean it will be easy!! It never goes as planned , it never goes fast enough and money is always a concern. At least for me!
Everyone's situations are different, and start with your dream and take notes on your thoughts. I forget the good stuff sometimes, and wish I would have wrote it down the first time.
Drainage system and septic were pretty expensive, 2,000 or so, with no labor costs.
You just have to look at your own home and place and see what works for you. Set a goal and stick to it andhave lots of patience. ( I dont have much) but I learned some.

Much luck to you!
Yorkiegirl's set up is very nice too! Looks great. Attractive, clean and neat. Well thought out. WTG.

Here is the outside of our kennel I just took. I only mop the inside because it does not have drainage in the floor, just for the sink only.
