Hi all I was just wondering what you all think would be the best type of collar for my 3lb Louie. I had heard that I should get a harness because of the wind pipe or something breaking. I got a harness but it still seems to choke him when he runs to far from me on the leash or when he pulls. Any advise would be appreciated! thanks!
