I find that to be a problem with Bobbi too. However, I found that I cannot use cowboy magic or any type of oil on him or it weight his hair down and make him look greasy. I don't use anything on him other than his shampoo/conditioner. I blow dry with an ionic dryer.
I am going to give the ice on ice a try though.......I hear it's great
