Off the top of my head, here's a basic list to start with:
1. Food and water bowls
2. Quality, premium kibble (such as Merricks, Canidae All Life Stages and Chicken Soup For The Dog Lover's Soul, etc.)
3. Nutrical
4. Some toys
5. A few blankets
6. Crate, crate pad and water bottle (if you're going to crate train him)
7. Bed (if you aren't going to crate train him)
8. Treats (NO rawhide)
and LOTS of hugs and kisses!!
