True, they don't bleed very heavy at all, and most will keep themselves so clean, you'll likely never see blood until they have voided. We did keep Dori covered this last heat, I have a white goosedown comforter that I didn't want soiled and yes, we let ours live on all of our furniture and beds
I bought some denim panties at PetSmart and some little blue Gingham ones at a local here in Paris...the one thing I learned is I think they are better off with out them..with panties on and a bowel movement and not able to take the cute little things off in time...well its a huge mess...
