Definitely get seafood in Seattle, there's tons of it around. Bluwater Bistro is good, there's a few of them around town. Palisade's is a nice place with an amazing view, as is Salty's on Alki.
For steak, the Metropolitan Grill (downtown) and El Gaucho (downtown) are really good.
If you like Chinese food, there's many Chinese restaurants in the Chinatown (International District), which is just a few minutes south of downtown. Seafood Garden and Honey Court are good Chinese restaurants.
There's also many sushi places around Seattle, like I Love Sushi and Shiro's.
