Are you talking about Vancouver BC? (We have a Vancouver WA too). My girlfriend took the train from Seattle to Vancouver BC. It was a 3-4 hour trip one way as I recall. She stayed the night. I suppose if you took an early enough train you could do the trip in one day, but it would not give you much time for shopping. Shopping is the best part of Vancouver BC! Ha Ha
