You have to find a breeder you trust to sell you a darker York...and one who breeds from dark stock..if the parents are dark, the chances of the pup going very light are slim...if both parents are light,, the chances of it being dark are slim..if the parents are one of each, then the breeder must determine which will stay favor the darker parent..and then it is difficult honing in on true adult color...I can tell one who will be light or dark..but it is those "shades" of light and dark that are a crap shoot... |
