Your best bet is to bring a fresh sample for them. Saturday morning when he goes outside take a clean pie tin or small dish and slip it under him when he goes. Make a note of what time it is (the fresher the sample the better, they may ask how "old" the sample is) and put it in the refrigerator until you can get there.... Of if he uses potty pads (I'm not sure how he's trained) flip the potty pad upside down so the plastic part is up. When he goes on it collect the urine and put it in a clean container.

Otherwise they may end up collecting it a different way which could result in some abnormal cells in the sample. Then you don't know if they were from the collection process or if it was in his urine before that.... A voided sample really is best.
